Today was the day.
You know, the day when suddenly summer blasts in for a surprise visit, a teasing taste of what is to come.
When everyone you meet is talking about how beautiful it is outside, windows are opened, flip flops come out, summer dresses make their first appearance of the season, and the neighborhood is out taking a walk.
Yesterday it was in the 50's.
Today it is in the 80's.
We may get snow tomorrow, (not unheard of in April in New York) but today Spring Fever is in full bloom.

Ah it's been so lovely this year! Lots of pollen in the air, but I can deal with that for some of those flowers.
ReplyDeleteNorway has been extraordinarily warm as well this Spring and we are all enjoying the sun. We had such a long and cold Winter that we deserve at least 2 hot summers to forget it!
