I'm Sew Excited!

I just ordered a new Janome 634D MyLock Serger.  It has differential feed, a self-threading lower looper, and you don't have to change the needle plate to do rolled hemming. Plus, it cost the same amount that I paid for my current serger almost 20 years ago.  How amazing is that!

Here is a picture of it:

If you are in the market for a new machine, I can highly recommend Sew Vac Direct.  I bought my embroidery machine from them several years ago, and have always received courteous, excellent customer service and great prices.

They are having a sale right now which includes free shipping, so don't hesitate!

Happy Sewing ♥

  1. Kim I have been looking at that machine at my local shop for a while - I'm so jealous! I want one too. I'll take a look at the site but I keep thinking that will be my next purchase and then something breaks. Like right now! I have to buy a new vacuum. :( blessings, marlene

  3. Thanks Marlene and SewMeow.

Isn't that just the way, that you need a new vacuum just as you are about to purchase the sewing machine. My vacuum is pretty beat up and needs replacing too.

  4. I have not ever entertained the use of a serger. I am sure it is because it is "new and different" for me and a am afraid of the learning curve. I love my Elna Heritage machine but perhaps I should add one of these to my repetoire. Hmmm
