Our garden is growing.

I'm over a summer cold.
We've had delightful company staying at our home all weekend.
My husband took me and one of our granddaughters to the local ice cream stand after dinner one night.
Last night, we had a picnic, and watched theater in the park with family and friends.

We love theater in the park. Our city has been doing it for free for 25 years. It is a summertime tradition in our family. People take whole baskets of food, blankets, and lawn chairs and enjoy a pleasant evening outside.
