Let the Quilting Begin

Or "let the fun begin!"

Not sure how to quilt the blue background yet, but knew I wanted "thread" lines in the spools

 I like all the quilt making process, but quilting is usually the most enjoyable part for me.  

Any ideas for the background quilting?
