We have been using a program called Lose It, in combination with several exercise regimes. My daughter is the best exercise buddy I've ever had. In addition to being faithful, she is always ready to try a new exercise with me. We have done boot camp, Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, a Couch to 5K running program, and lots of walking together.
The best part is that neither of us feel deprived. We enjoy exercising together, and encourage each other to stay within our calorie budgets.
