We are thoroughly enjoying our Zumba classes at the gym, as well as yoga, walking the track, the stationary rowing machine, and swimming. It is fun to get in shape!
Our goal is to lose some pounds, get toned, and develop some good lifestyle habits. We began our new routine right before Thanksgiving, and have been achieving milestones steadily. I am thankful for our like mindedness in reaching these goals, as well as the time we are spending together.
