I bought a piece of calendar fabric from Spoonflower when they were having a fat quarter sale recently. This fabric was designed by JeAnna Casper of Addilou. Spoonflower.com has a bunch of great tea towel calendar designs available. Just type "calendar" in the search bar.
I quilted around each shape and then did a blockish quilting design around the outside of the piece inspired by Leah Day's Pipe Maze.
All that is left to do is add the binding and a hanger on the back. I haven't decided whether to hang this in my sewing room, or give it as a Christmas gift, hmmmmm....
So, what have you been working on?
I've linked up with Quiltsy, and Freshly Pieced.
