Today I am thankful for flowers. Specifically the flowers in my yard. And particularly because many of them were here before we moved in, planted by the woman who lived here before us. So I am also thankful for her, even though I never met her, and she has passed on now.
She planted, I watered, and God gave the increase.

Your flowers are lovely! I love flowers too. I am often thankful for the spectacular beauty all around us. We tend to take it for granted, but it is amazing when you think about it.
