My finished project this week was to help prepare and put on the annual Beginning of Summer/Birthday Party for our youngest granddaughter. This early June tradition has become a favorite time to catch up with friends and family.

We had volleyball, ladderball, horseshoes, trampoline, a pinata, and of course the water slide.
Food was yummy!
Presents bountiful.
And the company sublime.

As always, Aunt Karen made a birthday costume to fit the beach theme. This time it was a beautiful jellyfish dress. The party was extra special because all seven grandparents were able to attend. One even flew in from Texas.
