Guinea Pig on a Leash
My granddaughter has a pet guinea pig named Chocolate Chip Cookie, or CC for short. CC has a good sized cage, but still we thought she should be getting more exercise. So we went looking at Pet Smart for a way to accomplish this and keep her safe and contained at the same time.
They had fences, plastic balls that you put the guinea pig in and tracks to roll them on, and these little vests:
CC mainly just sat in one spot looking confused. Still, a cute idea I think.

She is cute. We have a Dwarf bunny named Chester. He needs exercise too, we bought the same thing but for a bunny, he would just lay looking at us the same way as if his mind was thinking "are you kidding?"
ReplyDeleteHe is a house bunny so now that he is older he gets to roam around. Its the best when he stretches out on the living room floor just relaxing with us.
Pets can be so adorable!
We got a rolling ball for our guinea pig, but no track he would run all over the living room and the kids room exploring. The ball works great!!

How cute is that! I bet it was cheaper than those plastic balls and cages that connect to cages. My kids had one and we bought all that stuff - cost a fortune! blessings, marlene
