Spring Weekend

We had a lovely spring weekend visiting with some of our children and grandchildren.  What a blessing children are, whether your own, your grands, or someone else's.  I do so enjoy being around their sweet, uncomplicated, and sincere little selves.

Here is a picture of a spontaneous picnic they had while the adults did yardwork.

After a pleasant time with family, my husband and I ended the day with an early evening stroll around our neighborhood, admiring the spring blossoms, and listening to the cardinals call.
