W.I.P.

This project is a corroboration with my daughter.  We started an "I Spy" quilt for my granddaughter some months back, and because of the 2 hour travel distance between us, the project got stalled.

We are using kona cottons and novelty fabrics, and making the blocks wonky style

Now that they've moved just a few miles away, we are planning on getting together more often to work on the quilt.  I have some new center squares from a fabric swap I participated in, so I am excited to get back to work.

What have you been working on lately?

P.S.  -  I finished the business cards from my last W.I.P. post

P.P.S.  - Check out the Quiltsy Blog and Freshly Pieced to see more works in progress, and to link up your project.

  3. Ooh, love the Kona colors you're using! I've fallen in love with their fabrics since I first got my hands on them last December or so. I had no idea what a difference a better quality fabric could make in a quilt. Isn't that silly?

    Thanks so much for sharing!

  5. Those blocks are so cute! I have a bunch of Kona solids laying around from a swap, I need to find a home for them.
